of Chapter 21 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 official edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection at the end thereof: (b) The annual budget as promulgated in chapter 21 section 3C shall include a work timeline and related efforts the department has made and is scheduled to make in guaranteeing compliance with the federal Title IX of the Higher Education Act of 1972 ensuring equal accommodations for sexes in Department of Conservation and Recreation owned facilities.
