Clause twenty sixth of section 7 of Chapter 4 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (v) the following subsection: (w) Trade secrets or other proprietary information of a business granted a research license by the Cannabis Control Commission under subsection (b)(1) of section 4 of Chapter 94G, including trade secrets or proprietary information provided to the Commission.
