The first sentence of Section 4A of Chapter 272, is hereby amended to provide as follows: - Whoever induces a minor to engage in or to agree to engage in or offer to engage in prostitution or in sexual conduct with another person in return for a fee, or who knowingly aids and assists in such inducement, shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than five, nor less than three years, and by a fine of five thousand dollars.
The first sentence of Section 4A of Chapter 272, is hereby amended to provide as follows: - Whoever induces a minor to engage in or to agree to engage in or offer to engage in prostitution or in sexual conduct with another person in return for a fee, or who knowingly aids and assists in such inducement, shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than five, nor less than three years, and by a fine of five thousand dollars.
