The Chelsea District Courthouse in the City of Chelsea shall be designated and known as the Kevin G. Murphy Judicial Center in honor of Clerk Magistrate Kevin G. Murphy, the Clerk Magistrate of the Chelsea Division of the District Court Department of the Trial Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In honor of his many contributions to the Massachusetts Judiciary, the communities of Chelsea and Revere, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance shall erect suitable and appropriate markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the division.
This act shall take effect ninety days after passage.
SECTION 1. The Chelsea District Courthouse in the City of Chelsea shall be designated and known as the Kevin G. Murphy Judicial Center in honor of Clerk Magistrate Kevin G. Murphy, the Clerk Magistrate of the Chelsea Division of the District Court Department of the Trial Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In honor of his many contributions to the Massachusetts Judiciary, the communities of Chelsea and Revere, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. SECTION 2.
