Section 6 of chapter 136 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, line 164, as amended by section 5 of chapter 121 of the acts of 2018, the words "one and two-tenths", and inserting in place thereof the following words: "one and one-half".
Section 6 of said chapter 136, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, on line 224, as amended by section 10 of chapter 121 of the acts of 2018, "one and one-tenth", and inserting in place thereof the following words: "one and one-half".
The second paragraph of section 16 of chapter 136, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, as amended by section 15 of chapter 121 of the acts of 2018, the first sentence.
