Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after section 27H, the following new section:-
Wages paid for work performed on the construction of a health care facility, as defined in section 25B of chapter 111, or other public health projects, as deemed by the commissioner of public health, shall not be subject to the provisions of sections 26 through 27C of this chapter.
SECTION 1. Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after section 27H, the following new section:- Section 27I. Wages paid for work performed on the construction of a health care facility, as defined in section 25B of chapter 111, or other public health projects, as deemed by the commissioner of public health, shall not be subject to the provisions of sections 26 through 27C of this chapter.
