Section 81L of Chapter 41 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “thereon” in line 15, the following the language:- “, d) and provided that, not more than 3 new lots for development are being created by such division.”
