Section 2 of chapter 415 of the acts of 1987 is hereby amended by inserting after the word “sixty-five”, the following: except in the case of a town designated as a seasonal community the age is “sixty-seven”.
Section 1 of chapter 32 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2020 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the figure “65”, in all appearances, the following:- “except in the case of a town designated as a seasonal community the age is 67”.
SECTION 1.
