Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 275 , after the word “prisoners;” the following words:- employees of the Department of Children and Families holding the position of social worker A/B, C, or D, special investigator A/B, case reviewer, human service assistant, and human service coordinator or equivalent or successive titles at the Department of Children and Families who have been employed in such capacities for 10 years or more.
SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 275 , after the word “prisoners;” the following words:- employees of the Department of Children and Families holding the position of social worker A/B, C, or D, special investigator A/B, case reviewer, human service assistant, and human service coordinator or equivalent or successive titles at the Department of Children and Families who have been employed in such capacities for 10 years or more.
