Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following section:-
An exclusive contract to which the commonwealth, a county or a municipality is a party shall contain a 30 per cent minority participation goal for sub-contractors hired by the exclusive contract to provide services. The commissioner shall promulgate regulations for minority participation goals established under this section.
Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following section:- Section 204.
