Clause (1) of subsection (c) of Section 29F of Chapter 29 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “or”, in line 82, the following:- “(xi) a violation of any state or federal law prohibiting discrimination in public accommodations; or”
Clause (2) of subsection (c) of Section 29F of Chapter 29 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking subclause (v), in lines 97 to 100, and inserting in place there of the following:- “(v) adopted policies against any sovereign nation or peoples recognized by the government of the United States which are used to discriminate in violation of any state or federal law prohibiting discrimination in public accommodations or employment; (vi) any other cause affecting the responsibility of a contractor which the secretary or the commissioner determines to be of such serious and compelling nature as to warrant debarment”
SECTION 1.
