▸SECTION 1
Section 8 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 201, by inserting after the words "age of 70." the following sentence:-
No fees associated with an application for a license shall be charged for a person at or below 300 per cent of the federal poverty guidelines.
▸SECTION 2
Section 8E of said chapter is hereby amended, in line 78, by inserting after the words "age of 70." the following sentence:-
No fees associated with an application for an identification card shall be charged for a person at or below 300 per cent of the federal poverty guidelines.
