Chapter 143 of the General Laws is here by amended by adding the following section:-
A licensed construction supervisor or a registered design professional who is granted a building permit shall be responsible for the overall safety on a job site and shall ensure that all safety requirements at a job site are followed and implemented, including the requirements set forth in 29 C.F.R. 1926 and the state building code pursuant to this section.
Chapter 143 of the General Laws is here by amended by adding the following section:- Section 102.
