Section 12 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out wherever they so appear the words:- “and contiguous”.
Subsection (n) of section 19B of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words:- “and contiguous”.
