Notwithstanding paragraph (g) of subdivision (2) of section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, section 5 of said chapter 32 [GS1.1]or any other general or special law to the contrary, Crystal Swinimer, an assistant deputy superintendent with the Middlesex county sheriff's office and a member of the Middlesex county retirement system, shall be classified in Group 4 for the purposes of said chapter 32.
