ARTICLE OF AMENDMENT. 1.) The Constitution of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, is hereby, and thus amended, to provide that: Each, and every inhabitant of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, has a Right to Health Care. 2.) The provision of this Right, with equality for all individuals, shall be subject to appropriate legislation by the Great and General Court. The roles, and decision-making of all personal physicians, hospital physicians, and all other medical personnel, who are appropriately involved in the care of any individual, shall be respected, according to all appropriate medical standards, laws, and regulations.
