Section 148B of Chapter 149, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words “chapter 151”, in lines 1 and 2, and inserting in place thereof the following: - “and chapters 151 and 152,”.
Section 1 of Chapter 152, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding to paragraph 4, after the word “payable”, in line 111, the following:- “Any reference to an employee shall have the same meaning as in section 148B of Chapter 149 of the General Laws.”
SECTION 1. Section 148B of Chapter 149, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words “chapter 151”, in lines 1 and 2, and inserting in place thereof the following: - “and chapters 151 and 152,”. SECTION 2.
