▸SECTION 13A
of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting, after the eighth paragraph, the following:-
Any restaurants, including but not limited to, cafeterias, lounges, bars and other places open to the public where food or beverages are served are required to have at least 5% of the chairs be armchairs or have them available on-site upon request.
