of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024 as appearing is hereby amended by inserting at the end of subsection (a) the following:-- "(iv) a resident or nonresident for the carrying or possession of ammunition for an antique firearm as defined in section 121 of Chapter 140 including black powder, or a black powder substitutes, and related ammunition components."
Section 45 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024 as appearing is hereby amended by inserting at the end of subsection (a) the following:-- "(iv) a resident or nonresident for the carrying or possession of ammunition for an antique firearm as defined in section 121 of Chapter 140 including black powder, or a black powder substitutes, and related ammunition components."
