Subsection (j) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended in paragraph (4) by inserting after the words “in compliance with chapter 21E” the following:- and for the purposes of promoting the redevelopment of contaminated sites and shall include, without limitation, expenses associated with such redevelopment that are required for such redevelopment by the Massachusetts Contingency Plan as outlined in 310 CMR 40.0000 et seq., and any associated policy and guidance of the department of environmental protection.
