Section 8 of Chapter 50 of the Acts of 2023 is hereby amended by striking therein the term "8.5 percent" and replacing it therein with the following:-- "6.84 percent"
Section 8 of Chapter 50 of the Acts of 2023 is hereby amended by striking therein the term "8.5 percent" and replacing it therein with the following:-- "5.18 percent"

Section 1 shall take effect for the fiscal year immediately following the passage of this act.
Section 2 shall take effect for the fiscal year one year after the passage of this act.
Section 3 shall take effect for the fiscal year two years after the passage of this act.
